In February 2005, Neuf launched Digital Terrestrial TV over its ADSL network for its broadband customers. In Q1 2007, the operator launched Neuf TV HD video on demand service in partnership with TF1 Vision.

In summer 2008, SFR acquired a 96.41 per cent stake in Neuf Cegetel and since Q408 it operates under the SFR brand. In April 2011, Vodafone confirmed the sale of its 44 per cent stake in SFR to Vivendi for GBP 7 billion.
