World Broadband Statistics Q1 2006

Subscribers to the Operator Source service are now able to use the Global Broadband Statistics (GBS) database to view the subscriber numbers for all the operators and technologies that we track.

The GBS allows the user to query a central database, updated daily, and generate and download their own reports using the Advanced Reporting function.

We have also created a number of standard reports which include:

• Penetration and growth of user selected technology (or technologies) over a user selected timescale by region.

• Channel market share filtered by a user selected channel/s and timescale.

• User selected technology/ies by selected region and timescale.

• Penetration and growth which can be filtered by region, technology and timescale.

• Operator market share which can be filtered by region, country, technology and timescale.

We will no longer publish subscriber numbers in the Operator Source. This service will focus exclusively on the profiles of the operators, their tariffs, services, network, news, marketing and history.

If you are a current subscriber to the Operator Source you will receive access to the GBS for the remainder of your subscription.

From July 1st 2006 GBS will be available to purchase as a separate service. However if you decide to purchase or renew a subscription to the Operator Source before then you will receive a 12 month subscription to the GBS for free.

From July 1st the pricing will be as follows:

• Operator Source subscription - US$1350 (single seat)

• Global Broadband Statistics database subscription - US$1350 (single seat)

• Bundle of the Operator Source and GBS - US$1995 (single seat)
