BH Telecom is one of the three official telecommunication operators in the county along with HT Mostar and Telekom Srpske.

BH Telecom provides fixed and mobile telephony services, mobile and fixed Internet services to residential and business customers. It offers ADSL broadband to residential customers and dedicated fibre and copper based broadband connections to corporate customers.

The company was founded in 2001 as JP BH Telecom and changed its name to BH Telecom Joint Stock Company Sarajevo in March 2004. BH Telecom is 90 per cent owned by the Bosnia and Herzegovina Federation, with the remaining 10 per cent belonging to PIFs (privatisation investment funds), and small shareholders.
