Crnogorski Telekom is an incumbent telecommunications company in Montenegro. It was established on 31 December 1998 and is currently controlled by Magyar Telekom, which holds a 76.53 per cent stake in the company. Crnogorski Telekom provides a wide range of services including fixed telephony, mobile telephony, Internet, television and integrated services.

Crnogorski Telekom provides Internet using ADSL technology. Its premium residential package comes with up to 8 Mbps speeds while business customers can enjoy up to 10 Mbps speeds. In 2009 - 2010, the operator started investing heavily in FTTH technology and launched FTTH services in November 2011.
