Glocalnet is a telecommunications company which offers voice and data services to the residential customers of Sweden. The company is based in central Stockholm. In Q206, the operator was acquired by Telenor, a Norwegian telecom major with a controlling stake of around 96 per cent.

Glocalnet has in a short time grown to be Sweden's third biggest Internet supplier. In January 2007, Glocalnet acquired Spray Telecom for SEK 172 million, increasing its market share from 6 per cent to 10 per cent. Glocalnet took over Spray Telecom's customers before the summer 2007.
