HOT Telecommunication Systems Ltd., a subsidiary of HOT-Cable Systems Media Ltd., is the only operator in Israel offering triple play services including HD TV, VoD and cable based telephony. Its broadband services are available to about 40 per cent of Israel's Internet market. The operator owns all of its cable television network infrastructure.

HOT was the first alternative operator in Israel to start offering telephony services, which led to competition in the telephony market. In December 2008, HOT Telecommunication Systems Ltd. set up a new ISP unit, Hot Net. In 2009, HOT launched DOCSIS based broadband services with up to 100 Mbps speeds.
