HT Mostar is one of the three official telecommunications operators in the county along with BH Telecom and Telekom Srpske.

Hrvatske Telekomunikacije d.d. Mostar (HT Mostar) was formed by separating the Croatian Post and Telecommunications into Croatian Post (HP) and Hrvatske Telekomunikacije (HT). From 1 January 2003, it started operating independently as HT Mostar. In 2006, HT Mobile became part of HT Mostar. Currently, mobile telephony services are provided under the HT Eronet brand.

The company's major shareholders include Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (50.1 per cent) and T-HT Croatia (39.1 per cent). In early 2011, the government announced plans to sell its stake.
