i-Cable Communications, which is 73.3 per cent owned by The Wharf (Holdings) Limited, provides TV, broadband and telephony services throughout Hong Kong. It was incorporated in Hong Kong in 1999.

In August 2007, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) announced an agreement with i-Cable Sports Limited, a subsidiary of i-Cable Communications, for the exclusive Internet and mobile platform broadcast rights within the territory of Hong Kong for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.

In Q1 2010, i-Cable completed its broadband network upgrade using DOCSIS 3.0 and launched services with up to 130 Mbps speeds.
