Jazztel Plc (Jazztel) is a UK-based telecommunications company, which has shares listed on the Spanish Continuous Market (Mercado Continuo). The company is a leading telecommunications and data transmission carrier with its own infrastructure in Spain. Jazztel rolled out its network in more than 100 metropolitan areas and business parks around the country.

During its 9 years in operation, Jazztel has progressively expanded its service offering, which presently includes telephony, Internet access, virtual ISP services, ADSL services, capability rental services (E1-4U circuits), tailored solutions (I2P), video conferencing, hosting and carrier services. In Q210, Jazztel launched VDSL services. In Q411, it launched an OTT service JazzBox.
