Established on 14 January 1994, Lattelecom is the leading electronic communications service provider in Latvia. Lattelecom offers integrated electronic communications and IT services, as well as telecommunications, network design and installation services.

There are six companies in the Lattelecom Group – Lattelecom, Lattelecom Technology and its subsidiary, the Baltic Computer Academy, Lattelecom BPO, Citrus Solutions and LSS. In April 2007, the operator launched its digital TV service and in May 2007 the company launched its VoD service.

In Q109, Lattelecom launched its FTTH services with up to 100 Mbps speeds, initially available in Riga. By November 2009, the speed was increased to 500 Mbps in selected areas.
