Megacable is the largest cable operator in Mexico. It offers its services in over 48 major cities in the Mexican Republic, including Guadalajara, Puebla, Mazatlán, Culiacán, and Tepic. The company operates in 24 states and over 200 municipalities.

In March 2006, RCN Corporation sold its 49 per cent stake in Megacable to Teleholding for USD 350 million. In 2007, Megacable acquired a 50 per cent stake in rival operator, Multioperadora de Sistemas. In 2010 it acquired Omnicable.
