Maroc Telecom is a telecommunications provider which offers mobile, fixed telephony and Internet services in Morocco through its ISP Menara.

Vivendi Universal holds a 53 per cent stake in Maroc Telecom and is responsible for managing its operations. The Moroccan government retained a 30 per cent stake in the company after it sold 4 per cent of the operator's capital to institutional investors in June 2007.

In July 2009, Maroc Telecom concluded the acquisition of a 51 per cent stake in Sotelma, the incumbent operator in Mali.
