Telefonica del Peru, a part of the Telefonica group of companies, is a telecommunications operator in Peru that offers a wide range of telecommunication services such as public telephone, cable television and data communications. The company offers its DSL services under the 'Speedy' and 'Terra' brands.

In early 2010, the operator announced plans to invest USD 1.5 billion in the expansion of its telecommunications network.

In January 2011, Telefonica del Peru announced that they will now use the Movistar brand for all products offered in the country.
