Operator Source 11 May 2012NCNNational Cable Networks (NCN), part of the holding company National Telecommunications (NTC), is the largest cable operator in Russia. NCN was founded in 2001. In Moscow, the company's network covers 95 districts. NCN's subsidiaries operate in several Russian regions including St. Petersburg Cable Television (TKT) in St. Petersburg, National Cable Networks - EuroAsia and Teleset Service in Yekaterinburg, NovAKTV in Novosibirsk, National Cable Networks - Kurgan in Kurgan, and Eltelekor in Elektrostal, Moscow Region. In Moscow, NCN provides broadband services under the OnLime brand, using a 3,000 km fibre based network which belongs to another subsidiary of NTS, Mostelecom, costing USD 200 million to build. OnLime was launched on 1 November 2008. As of Q211, National Telecommunications operates as a subsidiary of Rostelecom.
