Numericable Luxembourg (formerly known as Coditel) is a large cable TV operator in Luxembourg. In the consumer market, the company offers cable Internet access services, cable TV in standard and high-definition quality and fixed (VoIP) telephony.

In December 2007, Coditel was integrated into the French operations of Numericable which shares the same owner, namely private equity firms Cinven and Altice, through the Ypso holding company.

In July 2011, Numericable sold its Belgian and Luxembourg operations to a consortium of private equity firm Apax Partners and Deficom Telecom.
