Pars Online is the largest ISP in Iran, incorporated in 1999. It offers dial-up Internet, ADSL broadband, VoIP, wireless communications, web hosting, domain registration, dedicated server and Network Design & Implementation services to its customers.

In 2006, Pars Online launched its ADSL service in Tehran. It also won a Private Access Provider (PAP) licence which enabled the operator to create a private nationwide network and deliver ADSL, VSAT and Wireless services.

On 29 September 2007, Pars Online Telecommunications, one of the Pars Online group of companies, was awarded the SAP (Satellite Access Provider) licence by the Ministry of Telecommunications in Iran.
