Primacom is a cable company with operations in Germany and the Netherlands. It offers an extensive range of communication services such as analogue and digital TV and radio, cable Internet and broadband cable telephony services.

On 7 July 2007, Omega I S.a r.I. / Escaline declared its interest in taking over Primacom in an attempt to strengthen its presence in the cable sector. It offered EUR 10 per Primacom share. Omega already owns Orion Cable-Group and has bought into a number of other small players, such as TeleColumbus GmbH in November 2006 and ewt multimedia GmbH in December 2005.

On 5 July 2010, Primacom was sold to a Luxembourg-based investment company Medfort after its filed for bankruptcy in June.
