Qwerty is a brand name of Centel, a 100 per cent subsidiary of Central Telegraph (CT) which was founded in 1852 and is one of the largest operators in the Moscow region. Qwerty offers services that include data transfer, broadband, digital telephony, IPTV, fax and telex services, corporate networks, channel leasing and intelligent platforms. Centel also owns a multi-service fibre-optic network. The company mainly focuses on the residential market.
