Rogers Communications (RCI) is a Canadian operator which offers services via Rogers Cable (cable television, high-speed Internet access and video retailing) and Rogers Media (radio and television broadcasting, teleshopping and publishing) in Ontario, New Brunswick and Newfoundland. Following the acquisition of Sprint Canada in July 2005, Rogers renamed its Cable division Rogers Cable and Telecom, assimilating Sprint Canada completely into RCI.

On 28 August 2008, Rogers Media Television took over the operations of OLN specialty channel post the acquisition of the latter on 1 August 2008. The purchase of the channel enhanced the program line-up for Rogers’ digital TV customers.
