Operator Source 7 Mar 2012SaskTelSaskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel) is an incumbent operator owned by the Province of Saskatchewan in Canada. Since 30 June 2000, it has been regulated by the CRTC (Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission). SaskTel offers voice, data, dial-up and high-speed Internet, entertainment and multimedia services, security, web hosting, text and messaging services and cellular and wireless data services over digital networks. On 9 June 2009, SaskTel launched satellite Internet services covering those Saskatchewan regions that were not being covered by its existing high-speed Internet service portfolio.
