StarHub Cable Vision (SCV) is a subsidiary of StarHub, a telecommunications company in Singapore. In July 2002, Singapore Cable Vision merged with StarHub and was renamed StarHub Cable Vision. SCV provides cable TV and broadband services and has built a USD 600 million nationwide broadband network in Singapore.

In September 2007, EZ-Link and StarHub announced a forward-looking strategic partnership that could enable StarHub mobile users to use their mobile phones to pay for bus and train fares, as well as meals and groceries.

In June 2009, StarHub Cable Vision joined the consortium with other leading Asian telecommunication companies to jointly plan and develop a proposal to build an international submarine cable system in the Asia Pacific region.
