Starman is the largest cable TV operator and the second largest provider of Internet and telephony services in Estonia. The company provides its customers with broadband Internet services ranging in speed from 512 Kbps to 150 Mbps. In Q210, Starman announced plans to offer Internet services with speeds up to 400 Mbps in the future.

In addition to its standalone services which include HDTV, Starman offers a wide selection of bundled services combining Internet, television and telephony in one package.
