STV is the second largest cable operator in Estonia. It is owned by unnamed local and Russian interests. The company provides a wide range of services including fixed telephony, Internet and television to both private and business customers.

The operator provides its customers with up to 20 Mbps broadband Internet connection via cable and up to 100 Mbps via FTTx technologies. In addition to standalone services, STV also offers converged services combining cable/fibre Internet, cable/digital/HD television and fixed telephony.
