Troms Kraft is a large utility company operating in the Tromsø region of northern Norway. It is owned by the people of Tromsø (60 per cent) and Tromsø municipality (40 per cent). Troms Kraft Fiber is the daughter company created by Troms Kraft to manage the new fibre-optic network and resultant associated services.

Troms Kraft Fiber operates an open fibre-optic network. Five different operators provide IP-telephony, broadband and IPTV services over Troms Kraft’s FTTH network.
