Tunisie Telecom is the incumbent telecommunication network and service provider in Tunisia. The operator offers a full range of fixed, mobile and satellite telephony services. It also provides ADSL services to its residential and business subscribers through five ISPs in Tunisia: GlobalNet, HexaByte, Planet, TopNet and Tunet. In May 2006, the TECOM-Dubai Investment Group consortium acquired a 35 per cent stake in Tunisie Telecom.

In September 2010, Tunisie Telecom was awarded the country's second 3G licence, with the first licence previously claimed by Orange Tunisie. Tunisie Telecom launched its 3G+ network in August 2011.
