United Telecommunications Services (UTS) is the biggest telecommunications operator in Curacao and the Netherlands Antilles. It was formed in March 1999 by the merger of Antelecom N.V. and Setel N.V. in Curacao. UTS offers fixed telephony, mobile telephony, dial-up, broadband and wireless Internet services to residential and business clients.

Fibre-optic connections and digital exchanges were introduced in Curacao in 1997, creating a highly sophisticated telephone infrastructure. However, UTS did not launch its residential broadband ADSL services until October 2004. Internet services are offered as standalone or in bundles: digital telephony and/or digital TV through UTS' ISP OneNet.
