Ventelo is a Scandinavian company offering Internet services as well as fixed and mobile telephony services to residential and business customers. It consists of Ventelo Bedrift, Ventelo Privat and Ventelo Wholesale.

In October 2005, Ventelo acquired Catch Communications including the subsidiaries, BlueCom AS and Comnet AS, which all joined the Ventelo Group and ceased to exist under their brand names. Following the acquisitions, services for existing customers were provided by Ventelo Provider AS.

In 2007, Ventelo became an owner of a mobile network which will allow it to develop its own products and services. Prior to this Ventelo was using Telenor and Netcom's networks. In December 2007, Ventelo was acquired by Norwegian telecommunications company Bredbåndsalliansen. During 2008, it merged with Bane Tele.

In February 2012, EQT VI acquired Ventelo Holding.
