VOLIA Cable was founded by SigmaBleyzer through the consolidation of three separate companies acquired in 1999 and 2000.

The company is the number one cable TV operator in the Ukraine, and providers under its brand name operate in 16 cities. In 2012 year plan there are 13 other cities waiting for HD TV. It offers services such as analogue cable TV, digital cable and high-speed cable Internet.

VOLIA was the first operator in Eastern Europe to launch the DOCSIS 2.0 standard which enables speeds of up to 38 Mbps. In Q110, the company upgraded it to DOCSIS 3.0.
