Brutele and Teledis, the two largest cable operators in Wallonia, decided to establish an Economic Interest Group. In June 2006 this led to the formation of a single brand, known as VOO, under which Brutélé is marketing its services.

Brutele provides telecommunication services to consumers as well as businesses. It provides Internet access, leased line services and VPN access. Brutele currently provides cable access services in six Brussels communities and 22 Walloon communities.
