There were 0.84 million fixed broadband subscribers in Slovenia at the end of Q4 2013. The annual growth rate was 3.41% while population penetration had climbed to 26%.

The Slovenian fixed broadband market grew by 3.41% in 2013 which was below the European growth rate of 5.80% and the growth rate for all global regions during the same period. Growth in the country has been low for a few years and it is unlikely that this trend will be reversed in the near future without significant investment.

Telekom Slovenije is the largest ISP in Slovenia with a 37.2% share of the market. Telemach, T-2 and Amis also feature prominently with market shares of 19.2%, 18% and 11.7% respectively.
