In brief
Welcome
to edition 66
No more Sky for Virgin
Media customers as consumer
groups start to rumble their discontent, 3G rollout requirements are
published by Ofcom, Plusnet shows the way in our research on customer
service and Biscit looks in danger of crumbling.
As media giants battle for customers they seem to be at risk of making
those very customers even more unhappy with their services.
Research from Point Topic has previously highlighted after
sales service as a particular bugbear and it does seem counter
intuitive to dig downwards when you are in a hole. Churn
rates are on the up and are unlikely to flattern off any time soon.
Moving on we look at how the governement is interacting with its users.
Tony Blair has been responding to some of the points raised
on the e-petitions site, but what will it take to make people happy in
the future?
Enjoy
the read.

BroadBand Consumer Survey 3
(CS3)
what they
wanted to be able to do at a local government level.
