Global Broadband Subscribers in Q2 2021

At the end of Q2 2021, the number of global fixed broadband connections grew by 1.7% and stood at 1.22bn, with the quarterly growth returning to normal. As before, the extent of growth varied across different markets, with 16 countries reporting a decline in fixed broadband subscriptions in Q2 2021, up from 15 in Q1 2021[1].
